Customer Service Specialist

Utilize proprietary software to log conversations with customers and to document actions taken
Responsible for answering 30-40 inbound phone calls daily
Assist customers by offering information on products/services or referring them to the department that is able to follow-up on designated issue
Send out follow-up correspondence to customers with detailed information of issue resolution
Potential to assist with collection of payment via outbound calls
Maintain customer records and update customer accounts
3-5 years previous experience working in a retail customer service environment OR 1+ year in a call center environment
Ability to multitask by answering customer inquiries while documenting conversation
Ability to type 45+ wpm
Strong customer Service skills and ability to problem solve
