Description
Our client, a growing service company located in Springfield, is currently seeking a Warranty and Parts Coordinator to join their team! This organization has 4 locations across the Northeast and has doubled in size the past 2 years. The Warranty and Parts Coordinator position is a critical one to the operations team and is open due to growth. You will be working on a team of 3 with potential to grow within the organization. The Warranty and Parts Coordinator obtains requirements by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders for the organization and is responsible for processing claims and working with vendors and service staff on a daily basis. This position reports directly into the Production Manager and Controller.

The primary responsibilities of the position are as follows:
? Managing the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for customers;
? Processing warranty orders; order entry
? Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list;
? Scheduling delivery; prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price;
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries
? Handle and resolve customer complaints
? Obtaining approval from requisitioning department;
? Resolves shipments in error with suppliers;
? Resolve warranty Accounts Receivable issues
? interfacing with the Production Planners; customer relations and order entry into their ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a procurement support, warranty, parts or manufacturing customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment; intermediate excel skills; excellent organizational and communication skills.
