Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
This is a corporate position that will provide leadership to develop, operate and improve the performance of all expenses of the organization, including but not limited to accounts payable, capital management, payroll, employee T E expenses, and vendor management.

NATURE AND SCOPE
? Direct the activities of 3-4 non-exempt accounts payable and payroll staff. Perform reviews, coach staff, and ensure the work is adequately divided and reviewed.
? Supervise the weekly Accounts Payable process for Central Office and campuses. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.
? Supervise the bi-weekly Payroll process for Central Office and campuses. Ensure timely payments to employees and maintain high customer satisfaction with campuses.
? Ensure the systems used for the ECM process are working in coordination with each other. Oversee the setup, continued maintenance and system support with outside vendors of all ECM systems.
? Oversee the quarterly and annual tax preparation and filing with the IRS, ensuring CRC is complying with IRS regulations.
? Manage the Central Office capital projects records in Lawson AC, including adding budgets. Help to facilitate the proper coding of projects to invoices through the electronic AP system.
? Support the development of the ECM structure as new business opportunities come into expense cycle management, including assisting with policies and procedures that govern spending.
? Implement best practices for expense cycle management, including but not limited to, leveraging technology to streamline processes and procedures.
? Develop and maintain company-wide policies surrounding purchasing and payables that help set the framework and controls for proper and efficient expense cycle management.
? Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
? A bachelor?s degree in accounting/Finance
? At least ten years of related experience in accounting or finance.
? CPA and/or MBA preferred
? Experience in the continuing care retirement communities and or healthcare is preferred
? 5+ years of experience in Shared Services is highly preferred
? 5+ years of experience in management and a proven track record of performance, and team and associate development
? Strong business and financial acumen
? Excellent information systems skills (Lawson ERP environment a plus)
? Experience with reporting results and interacting with senior leadership
? Excellent analytical and communication skills
