Description
Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Our client is a local wealth management company, providing wealth management for high net worth individuals and families, currently with over $400M in assets under management.
This position is a hybrid bookkeeper/office manager role, who will be responsible for bookkeeping, as well as administrative tasks, including but not limited to client communication.

Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable / Receivable for multiple clients and the business
• Account reconciliations for multiple clients and the business
• Coordinating account movements/payments with outside vendors
• Creating customer transaction reports and spreadsheets via Microsoft Excel in order to communicate financial transactions and activities of client accounts
• Communicating and serving as client liaison and office administrator, including phone calls, mailing, scheduling, etc.
• Work with auditors for year end
• Outgoing, friendly personality, with ability to interact with strong client personalities
• Ability to be a reliable, independent worker and a self-starter
• Effectively communicate with clients, and keep clients “in the loop” on all transactions

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Detail oriented individual is a must
• Above average communication skills
• Independent worker
• Inquisitive, problem solver
• Friendly, cordial personality—will be speaking and communicating with highly valued customers, with strong personalities
