Description
A local, family owned and operated business serving the Santa Cruz area is seeking an administrator with an accounts payable background that can perform various administrative and office support duties. This position is a temporary to hire position that is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Some duties include:
Answers telephone calls
Assists with diverse projects for other office personnel
Performs word processing, filing and faxing
Takes care of transactions for the company
Requirements
At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and on a team
Strong communication skills
Adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
Microsoft Office knowledge
