Description
A reputable company is looking to hire a highly-skilled and motivated Bilingual Office Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties in an educational setting. Are you a self-starter who loves handling multiple projects at once with a positive outlook? Then we have a position for you.

What we're looking for:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work
- Complete tasks independently
- Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
- An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
- Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft excel preferred
- Filing, copying and faxing for multiple departments
- Maintain office facility

Requirements
Requirements for the role:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
- Finish tasks independently
- Demonstrated knowledge of email
- General familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
- Proficiency in copying
- Experience with MS Outlook
- Microsoft Windows experience required
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Faxing experience
- Adeptness in filing
- Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
- Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
- A committed teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
