Description
Our client is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the performance of their .com .ca sites. This individual must have the ability to monitor, analyze, report and refine our digital performance, working with the Senior Manager, Online Marketing to identify and execute optimization tactics. The Online Marketing Manager is a hands-on role responsible for executing our online strategies.

KPI Analysis and Reporting
Performing routine reporting and ad-hoc analysis to gain insight into user experience and behavior, to help support new marketing programs, testing and site optimization
Be an expert in the company?s website analytics data: monitor traffic and conversion trends, funnel analysis, and answer ad hoc questions
Gather data from multiple sources including web, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
Provide post implementation analysis and present actionable insights and recommendations that enable greater customer engagement
Regular review of competitor?s online activities, web site updates, job postings and industry updates

Strategy
Make data-based recommendations for new site features and layouts, set-up tests and report out on findings
Regularly review pages for quality and consistency and communicate opportunities for improvements
Working closely with a wide range of functional teams in Marketing, IT, Corporate Communications and Corporate Services the position is responsible for raising the profile of the company and its divisions online whilst maintaining the integrity of their corporate identify

Execution on Strategy
Responsible for driving the delivery of major site changes, initiatives and enhancements.
Partner with the creative, technology and analytics partners to execute on website initiatives and define key performance metrics
Requirements
BS/BA required
5+ years of related work experience in website, product, marketing or eCommerce
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Previous work experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and an understanding of tag management solutions (e.g. Tealium, GTM)
Experience using online CMS systems, ideally Drupal
Understanding of marketing channels and data systems including search, display, social, mobile, website, email, CRM, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Highly analytical and quantitative, with a strong desire to make an impact on business decisions with data
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate clearly
Natural aptitude for learning new technologies and tools, with an ?early adopter? mentality
