Description
An Account Manager needed for a fast-paced, internal creative agency for a global consulting firm. The Account Manager makes things happen and is the direct link between the creative team and our partners, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for strong inspirational leadership skills, proven and solid client management experience, combined with knowledge of working in a fast-paced marketing environment is a must. You are innately curious about business and people, and have an instinctive knack for understanding and articulating strategy, objectives, and results. Candidates should be capable of delivering the desired results, passionate about advertising and marketing, work successfully with all levels of management, partners, staff, and maintain a commitment to quality work and consistent communication earning the confidence of internal team members and clients alike. Minimum of 5+ years agency or Marketing experience required.
The Account Manager will be responsible for creating and sustaining long-term, trusting relationships with our partners, understanding the value of collaboration and simply want to do great work with some of the most talented people around. The Account Manager will oversee and manage various programs and projects including intake, project submission, partner communication, project tracking across the board, and involvement from idealization to the full execution of project(s).
Communication:
? Serves as the liaison and point of contact between internal business partners and the creative team.
? Drives strategic conversations gathering requirements and goals for programs/projects.
? Builds, develops, grows and maintains positive business client relationships across multiple departments to build teamwork and foster collaboration.
? Communicates with marketing partners creative team effectively regularly to drive deadlines and ensure project objectives and deadlines are communicated and met.

Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving:
? Collaborate with partners to develop strategic recommendations to meet business objectives.
? Exhibit a knowledge and passion for strategic, cutting edge and innovative marketing solutions.
? Actively anticipates and recognizes problems challenges as they arise and provides solution oriented thinking and approach.
? Requires a thorough understanding of creative briefs and can develop successful briefs after intake with partners.
? Demonstrate an understanding or developing knowledge of, and be conversant in each client?s business and competitive landscape.
? Lead projects from inception through completion, including strategic and creative development, production, and global distribution while meeting challenges for on time on-budget delivery of the highest quality creative product.
? Be an active participant in client and internal meetings, being able to clearly and concisely recommend ideas.
? Demonstrate a passion for creative-driven advertising with a track record of developing integrated campaigns
? Encourage and inspire fresh, original thinking from the creative team and collaborate with client partners to do the same.
? Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the company.
? Exhibit a knowledge and passion for strategic, cutting edge and innovative marketing solutions.
