Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is highly competent and self-motivated, with experience and skills in executive administration, possesses the ability to work effectively within a context that requires flexibility, positive attitude and capacity to flourish in a fast paced environment. The CEO Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies; as a liaison to the board of directors, global teams, and customers.


Key Responsibilities
Manage extremely active CEO calendar
Assist E-team who are not currently directly supported by an EA
Arrange and manage complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
Process expense reports
Maintain/Input business contacts
Oversee Board Of Director meeting coordination (BOD travel, expenses, communication)
Handle high level event/meeting coordination (onsite and offsite)
Coordinate routine roundtables (cadence and audience to be reviewed w/ HR)
Work closely with administrative team
Special projects as assigned
Requirements

Organized, efficient, and able to balance competing demands
Independent detail oriented with strong analytical skills, sound judgement, with ability to make critical decisions with limited guidance in support of CEO and other executives
Be a trusted partner, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
Technically proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
Have a high level of discretion, tact and judgment
Be detail-oriented with high attention to detail, organization, and process
Will consistently manage multiple projects, work under pressure and make deadlines
Proven success building and maintaining relationships of trust, respect, and support with other administrative assistants
Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor administrative team as needed
Administrative detail oriented with proven success supporting differing personalities amid diverse cultures and backgrounds
