-Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements
-Serve as principal source of information to all visitors that arrive in the office
-Screen incoming calls, correspondence and emails and respond independently as required
-Perform administrative duties such as conducting research, updating and maintaining databases, and maintaining confidentiality
-Produce charts, tables and presentation materials
-Responsible for ordering office supplies and other miscellaneous purchases
-Strong computer skills e.g. MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc. and customer database systems
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Knowledge of office equipment (printers and fax machines)
-Very detail oriented and proactive nature
