Our Client is an advisory and investment firm focused on property management, asset management, renovation and development of lodging assets. With $10 Billion in investments and having managed over 250 upscale and luxury hotels, resorts and conference centers, our Client is headquartered in San Francisco and also has offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Japan.??

They are seeking to add a Senior Accounting Manager with experience in Private Equity/Real Estate, and with knowledge of partnership accounting. The portfolio this person will be working on has about 7 different assets (hotel) ranging from 40 rooms to 2500 rooms.


Responsibilities will include:
?
- Accounting and financial reporting for the partnership entities working under the supervision of the CFO
- Maintenance and update of all general ledger records
- Account reconciliations
- Review and preparation of cash flow projection
- Performing month end close and consolidated financial reporting throughout the year
- Track and update all partnership operational and restricted/reserve cash account records ?
- Provide treasury support, this includes preparing daily wire and account transfer requests, as well as bank account management
- Investigate partnership cash deposits for special handling and reconciliation to partnership cash accounts
- Tracking of investor?s capital calls and distributions. Preparation and execution of distributions. Updating of investors details within each investor partnership.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of equity partner compliance reporting. This will include monthly financial statements within the equity partners required format, cash flow statements, copies of bank reconciliations, and other documents as required by the joint venture agreement

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on Private Equity/Real Estate ? Partnership (Fund) Accounting
- Strong consolidations experience
- Strong professionalism, self-starter personality
- Loan Partnership Agreement knowledge (specifically for renovation and construction draws) is a plus
- CPA is a plus
