Your role :
As an Administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS), you will be responsible for delivering training to approximately 20,000 learners through our platform. You have the unique opportunity to collaborate with our IT team and drive innovative solutions for our design and development teams. With over 2500 trainings in our system, organization, process, and prioritization is a must. In addition, you will:

? Collaborate with Design and Development SMEs to determine effective methods to package and deploy various forms of training based on ease of use and completion requirements
? Upload, publish, manage, test and deploy assigned content within Cornerstone, including, but not limited to, online courses, tests, surveys, evaluations, documents, and instructor-led training
? Lead the development, maintenance, and enforcement of processes, practices, and service level agreements related to the use and administration of the LMS
? Configure and maintain system preferences, securities, and user groups
? Collaborate with IT team to manage product release cycle; test and implement all system updates with integrated tools/software
? Collaborate with IT on any system bugs or tickets opened by our users
? Create various reports on user activity, compliance, quality and effectiveness depending on business needs

Requirements
We?re excited about you if you have:
? 3-5+ years of experience with learning and content management systems
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and other web collaboration apps (e.g., SmartSheet and Box)
? Able to work on multiple projects per week simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
? Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with various levels in an organization
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
? Bachelor?s degree preferred
? Previous experience in beauty/retail industry a plus
? Ability to travel as required, up to 3-4 times per year
