Description
For the organizing champions, OfficeTeam is offering an excellent career opportunity for a dynamic, self-starter as a General Office Clerk. This essential role performs various administrative support tasks, which includes operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Your responsibilities in this role
- Supporting front desk and receptionist duties
- Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary
- Meet customers in a friendly manner
- Drafting correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format
- Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Performing data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Filing experience
- Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
- Experience handling office equipment
- Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
