- Maintain Conference Room Calendar
- Order lunch
- Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with projects
- Manage and process invoices
- Manage day to day operations
- Order and organize supplies
- File, copy, fax, etc.
- Sort and distribute mail
- Manage timesheets, waivers, credit cards, and log notices
- Review insurance and monthly billing with extreme accuracy
- Maintain correspondence with clients and other employees

- 3-5+ years of Administrative support within the Construction Industry is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, and CMiC is preferred
- Experience with heavy database management
- Prior experience logging large amounts of information efficiently and accurately
- Expert multitasker, coachable, and flexible
- Great problem solver
