The primary responsibility of the Dynamics CRM Developer will be designing, developing, deploying and establishing support documentation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions across a variety of distributed platforms and will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle with other multiple business units and end users. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing technical solutions in CRM area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Play a role in setting the direction or implementation of Dynamics CRM as it expands within the organization to ensure a configuration that is within recommended styles of deployment, is scalable and reliable
Work with partial autonomy with technical teams in designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft based solutions including such technologies as Visual Studio, WCF, SQL (SP, SSIS, SSRS), ASP.NET (VB / C#), MVC
Make substantial contributions in guiding the design and standards of Dynamics CRM integration access methods that make sense for the business
Provide consultancy and support for all initiatives that have a need to integrate data or systems or other web resources into new or existing web applications
Thoroughly unit test development components to ensure features, functions and customizations are problem-free with minimal negative impact on members/users and ensuring systems are easily maintainable
Provide timely status and feedback to management, team leaders and project sponsors as required through clear and concise communication when providing guidance, responding to questions and setting expectations
Keep abreast of new technologies through formal and/or self-paced professional development and apply technical knowledge in solution delivery
Quickly grasp new technologies and applications to improve internal software development processes and implement creative solutions for the lines of business
Assist with the evaluation, implementation and support of packaged application tools throughout the organization
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle process as it relates to Agile/Scrum methodologies
