If you succeed at tracking campaign results, in addition to executing on marketing and communications strategies, you might be a good candidate for this Product Marketing Coordinator opening. This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Saint Louis, Missouri area. It is preferred for applicants to be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task on a variety of marketing activities.

General Description
? The Medical Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with aligning the marketing of all new and established medical products:
o Help develop marketing material for medical division
o Distribute educational material for all products to hospital
o Assist with needs for all conferences
? Maintaining CRM as a tool of communication for the Medical Team.

Job Duties
? Ability to use a CRM to build and maintain Marketing lists for product launches, conferences, educational webinars.
? Assist with building educational material/Fact sheets for hospital staff/parents/review committees for supply chain staff/etc.
? Distribute emails for new product development/educational webinars/all marketing for medical products.
? Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of medical marketing strategies.
? Develop a market approach for products directly targeting healthcare professionals, payers, providers, influencers and end consumers.
? Manage copy review approval process for all marketing collateral.
? Maintain social media platforms for the medical division.
? Product management: work with all the cross functional teams within the organization to ensure assigned products are set up in the proper way at launch and present a complete and cohesive package to the medical sales team for successful sales.
? Contribute to the strategy and management of the marketing programs that drive demand for the medical products in assigned categories.
? Work with medical sales and marketing teams to develop and execute unique product assortments and promotions to build sales and increase awareness.
? Responsible for aiding in gathering, conducting, organizing and reporting product and medical market related information. Market research will include quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
? Communication requirement: responsible for keeping the President of Medical up to date with daily activities and challenges.

? Mail Chimp or like program familiarity.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field
? Preferred communications, marketing or public relations experience in a medical or health industry preferred
? Strong project management skills
? Strong team leadership skills
? Ability to travel as dictated by business need
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Regular and reliable attendance
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
