Description
A professional services company in Northern Bergen County, NJ is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their organization. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for answering employees questions, processing incoming emails, be the point person for contact with benefit vendors/administrators, updating and entering data , setting appointments and arranging meetings, overseeing the completion of compensation and benefits documentation, ensuring background and reference check are completed, orientating new employees with the organization, processing payroll, serving as the point person for all new employee questions, conducting benefit enrollment process, administering company benefits plan, maintaining current HR files and databases, payroll reconciliation and various other HR functions. The right candidate should possess at least three to five years of experience in an HR payroll and benefits role, have excellent communication skills, be a strong multitasker, have HRIS experience and good attention to detail. Requirements
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

- Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Word

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
