Description
What You Will Be Doing

In this full-time role, the Accounting/management position performs accounting functions to maintain general ledger records and prepare various accounting reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and provides administrative and facilities management and support for the organization. This position offers a flexible schedule Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:
?Prepares monthly financial close process, including journal entries
?Prepares monthly account reconciliations
?Accounts payable accounts receivables to include soft collections
?Billing for customer supplies and shipping
?Review of monthly service invoices and Gross Margin analysis
?Prepares weekly check run and routes for signatures according to company policy
?Prepares payroll for payroll provider and maintains PTO records
?Orders office supplies- take inventory and restocks supplies
?Human Resources including on-boarding and off-boarding
?Handles confidential and non-routine information frequently
?Manage office staff of 6 customer service representatives as well as client escalations
?Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
Key Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
?Bachelor Degree preferred
?Full charge accounting skills through financial statement preparation.
?Five or more years' experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
?Experience with warehouse and order fulfillment operations
?General knowledge of principles and practices of accounting theory.
?Proficiency in MS Office, with notable skills in Excel and Word.
?Possesses a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
?Organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
?Must have a sense of urgency when needed.
