The Creative Group is looking for an innovative and experienced UI Designer dedicated to creating elegant solutions for complex design challenges. If you’re passionate about UI design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces, apply today.

What you’ll get to do every single day

-Enhance online usability and visual appeal while preserving branding and optimizing functionality
-Design Internet, mobile, and intranet sites that accurately reflect the organization's goals, objectives, and identity
-Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
-Provide strategic direction and concept development for online projects, including web graphics and banner ads, from concept to implementation
Requirements
What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated understanding of Internet design issues (browser usability, cross-platform compatibility, color and quick loading of images, etc.) is required
• Portfolio must show responsive design experience
• Bachelor of Fine Arts or Science in graphic design
• Fluency in graphic illustration and user interface design, usability principles, and mobile strategies
• Solid technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of design software and authoring tools such as:
o Illustrator
o Photoshop
o HTML5
o CSS3
