Description
I have an immediate need for a Director of Retail & Digital Marketing experience for a multi-location retail organization. This is a full-time, direct-hire role in Plainfield, IN.

As the Director of Retail and Digital Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to lead retail strategy for multiple locations. What we're looking for in a Retail/Digital Manager is a forward thinking individual that can do a great job of blending online and in-store sales and experience. Although we now live in the ‘digital’ age, we still want to offer our clients a boutique feel that promotes customer engagement and loyalty. Our priority is on omni-channel strategy and execution where you'd own P&L, digital strategy, CRM Management and Retail Promotions strategies for multiple locations ensuring that promo campaigns, pricing campaigns and customer experience initiatives are kept in line for the ultimate goal of increasing revenues.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years’ retail marketing experience including but not limited to visual merchandising strategy, eCommerce, strategic planning, competitor analysis, consumer analysis, CRM strategy, etc.
• Extensive experience in marketing/retail strategy including campaign creation, implementation and analysis
• Digital strategy experience quantified by actual campaigns and positive ROI’s
• Experience with multi-site and/or franchise marketing campaign development and execution
