Description
OfficeTeam is looking for a call center customer service supervisor in the downtown Pittsburgh area for an investment firm. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity which requires flexibility in scheduling as the call center operates on multiple shifts including weekends. We are looking for a call center supervisor who is available 20-40 hours per week, and is highly motivated, reliable, and has previous experience fielding calls in a fast paced financial call center environment. In this call center supervisor role, you will be expected to supervise other agents and should have experience either supervising direct reports or performing quality assurance functions, coordinate with supervisors and managers to lead and develop staff to meet internal standards of excellence, provide assistance, answer questions, and monitor performance of agents. Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in business, communications, public relations or related field
? Great communication/listening skills/phone presence
? Prior experience as a manager, supervisor, or quality assurance specialist
? Prior experience in finance or investments

Preferred:
? 3+ years of experience as a manager, supervisor, or quality assurance specialist
? 3+ years of experience in finance or with investments
? 1+ years of experience in a high volume call center atmosphere
? Knowledge of the proxy solicitation process
? MBA, CPA, CFA, CFP, Series 7, or Series 63 are all a plus
? Ability to handle problems and issues in a tactful manner
? Aptitude for maintaining a detail oriented environment
? Ability to work seasonally
