Description
OfficeTeam has an upcoming need for an Entry-level Receptionist.
- Fielding phones and directing calls to appropriate parties
- Greeting guest and following check in procedures
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- General office duties such as filing, scanning and ordering office supplies
- Assist with administrative paperwork overflow
Requirements
The Receptionist must meet the following requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
- 1+ years of reception experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
