Description
We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Perform all other office tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Previous experience in a legal environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
