Description
Robert Half's Healthcare team is partnering with a growing company in the Healthcare industry who has an opening for a Payroll Coordinator in the Phoenix, Arizona area who will support the Payroll department in a variety of duties. This challenging position is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to work with an industry leader and expand their career. The company is looking for a candidate to join their dynamic, fast-growing team who can effectively communicate with both the internal team and outside customers. The Payroll Coordinator's responsibilities will include data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. This Payroll Coordinator opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time employment role.

Your responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

- Running bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations

- Reconciliation and analysis

- Interact with directors, physicians, clients, and vendors regarding payroll information

- Process time cards through electronic system

- Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information to which they are given access

- Provide general support to other payroll staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience

- Experience with Payroll software Paychex is required

- Ability to quickly grasp new payroll processes and protocols

- previous healthcare experience preferred

- A/P experience preferred
