Description
The General Office Clerk position from OfficeTeam would make a great career opportunity. This dynamic position will manage administrative support tasks like operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the General Office Clerk role is expected to be a short-term temporary role.

How you will make an impact

- Drafting correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format

- Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing

- Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

- Receiving and placing telephone calls
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Employer recommends 1+ years of Office Clerk experience for this position

- Processing applications for permits, repair orders, requests for payment, etc.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- Typing letters, memos, reports, etc.

- Comprehensive knowledge of filing

- Microsoft Office experience preferred

- Receptionist Duties experience preferred

- Prepare Invoices experience highly desired

- Strong familiarity with Typing Data Entry
