A large nonprofit in Center City Philadelphia is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their expanding team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an established, tech-savvy Human Resources detail oriented.

In this job you will:
- Provide support to the HR Information Manager
- Create dashboards in Excel
- Pull data from HR systems to create reports
- Troubleshoot any HR software issues
- Support 500+ employees
Requirements
Requirements for the position include:
- Oracle experience required
- 3 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in HR softwares (Compensation Work Bench, Halogen, and Excel preferred)
