Your duties will include:
-Troubleshoot issues reported. --
-Taking detailed notes of calls
o Follow all documented procedures to handle open calls, including monitoring open call queues, placing follow up phone calls, etc.
o Proactively seek and possess business acumen for all clients supported.
o Maintain technical proficiency in all applications utilized by clients supported.
o Organize and utilize all support resources provided.
o Achieve continuing education requirements and stay current with the industry.
o Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude; think independently and ‘outside the box’ for solutions; use familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on varied yet sometimes limited experience and your own sound judgment to accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks.
• Other tasks
o Provide remote client support to complete assigned tickets thoroughly and efficiently, resolving client’s issues in a detail oriented and timely manner.
o Troubleshoot basic to complex software, hardware, and network issues.
o Troubleshoot Windows and Mac Desktop Operating Systems.
o Troubleshoot Windows Server Operating Systems.
o Support Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 and hosted exchange.
o Remove viruses/malware.
o Manage software upgrades and installations.
o Troubleshoot and resolve performance, connectivity and related problems/set up peripherals.
o Call vendors for warranty and troubleshooting issues.
o Provide end user training on as needed basis for hardware and software.
o Administer service according to company policies and procedures.
o Update client documentation in system.
o Record all time in Connect Wise system, achieve monthly billable hours goal and other performance objectives defined.
o Build and maintain working relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and others involved in the projects.
o Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude; Think independently and ‘outside the box’ for solutions; use familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on varied yet sometimes limited experience and your own sound judgment to accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks.
o Achieve continuing education requirements and stay current with the field.
