The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for acting as a first point of contact by greeting guests, answering and directing inbound calls, scheduling meetings, and ordering catering for conferences. The Front Office Coordinator plays a large role in the functionality of the office, so this candidate should have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
