Description
An established nonprofit in Old City is looking for an experienced Front Office Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in a growing nonprofit.

As the Front Office Assistant you will:
- Answer and direct calls
- Manage a multi line phone system
- Greet and direct visitors
- Sign in visitors
- Maintain front office area
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Requirements of this Front Office Assistant position include:
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative support experience
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working in a nonprofit setting is a plus
