Description
TCG's client located in Center City Philadelphia is looking for an Account Director with Strong E-commerce experience (Web Dev, SEO, SEM, etc.), MarCom, Branding, and Platform. You have a demonstrated understanding of CMS platforms, UX/Design processes, Web Development processes, Analytics & Reporting, eCommerce, Display Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Marketing Automation and/or other Internet

The Account Director oversees total account development for assigned accounts by:
Leading the agency in providing overall strategic direction in coordination with Account Planning, Creative and Media
Guiding and advising direct reports in all aspects of project development and ensuring they most effectively handle the day-to-day client’s business and interact with the client to maximum efficiency
Monitoring individual reporting, estimating and invoicing to client(s)
Directing campaign analysis toward recommendations for future advertising activity
5-8 years of experience required.


General Requirements/Qualifications
Proven ability and understanding of working on agile projects in scrum methodology.
Ability to manage and lead many different stakeholders and relationships is key (internal, partners and clients).

General Responsibilities
Ownership and management of Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Brand/Marketing, Performance, Functionality
Trains and develops Account Management staff to perform with adherence to a teamwork approach
Develops, writes and presents to client strategic marketing and creative recommendations, in conjunction with Management Director, Research/Account Planning, Media and Creative departments
Develops and maintains a strong business relationship with high-level client contacts
Resolves day-to-day issues in key areas of client concern as they apply to overall program strategies
Keeps abreast of trends in the industry, as well as specific account industries
Develops strategic/tactical business building ideas
Assists in the preparation of new business proposals, as needed
