Role & Responsibilities:
• Technical Support as-required for any assigned daily service tickets from our NOC
• Work with other System Administrators to solve client’s technical challenges
• Assist with development of solutions and architect new systems to meet client’s needs
• On-Site Technical Support including Priority Support for critical issues (as required)
• Expert Troubleshooting & Issues Research that solve client technical issues
• Roll out new systems and applications to client networks
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research of new and better technology.
• Ensures complete client satisfaction in all aspects of their position from clients to vendors of Strategic
• Contributes to the common goal of growth for both the individual and Strategic as a whole
• Excellent Document all Time in Connectwise Ticket Management System after each service call or project deployment
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service Skills that mirror the commitment we promise to each and every client
Must have the minimum skills to completely and solely deploy a network with 10 computers, 2 virtual servers, Microsoft Active Directory, Office365 w/Exchange E-mail, multi-site VPN connection, and integrate an Image-Based Backup Solution.
New Server Deployments Required

Datto Deployment and Integration into Network Required

Systems Administrators have strong experience with VMWare®.
Systems Administrators have strong experience with Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Services® (RDS, formerly known as Terminal Server)
Systems Administrators have strong experience with building out Remote Desktop Server farms.
Systems Administrators have strong experience with building out Remote Desktop Server broker servers and licensing.
Systems Administrators have strong experience with Datto Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
Systems Administrators often write documentation for other technicians and/or client IT departments.
Candidates must have strong experience in VMWare administration. Not looking for someone who’s just built servers in ESXi or added resources, but managed a multiple host / san environment, created clusters and managed resources. They should have experience with vSwitches, templates, and medium scale deployments. The ability to troubleshoot performance issues at the hypervisor level, analyze stats and act/make recommendations accordingly. The candidate also need to have experience with Remote Desktop Services farms in both 2012 and 2016. Not just the basics, creating session collections, managing via GPO’s, remote app deployment and printing in RDS environments.
