The Technology Service Administrator ("TSA") will be responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the data and telephone infrastructure for the Silicon Valley office. The TSA is responsible for executing the tasks required for the lifecycle of technology equipment such as installation, maintenance, applicable upgrades and preparation for disposal which adhere to firm practices, and coordination of disposal through approved outlets all while maintaining asset management. They are responsible for setting up Video Conference calls and desktop sharing for inter- and intra-office conferences. The TSA will provision network user accounts, maintain the security and distribution groups for their assigned office(s) and maintain user access for specific applications. Additionally, she/he will provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to end-user problems which include PC setup, PC troubleshooting, VOIP telephony stations, mobile devices, hardware, software, printer, copier, remote access or laptop troubleshooting and support. The TSA will be required to quickly determine the scope and type of problem and delegate when necessary to the appropriate person(s) to obtain resolution quickly and effectively. The TSA may be required for occasional light travel local venues or hotels to assist with technology needs such as setup or delivery of equipment. The TSA must be willing to perform other duties as may be assigned. Occasional overtime will be required.

Preferred Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a Microsoft environment. Medium to large environment preferred. experience in candidate will need to demonstrate experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 Suite (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook), Active Directory, computer hardware maintenance, repair, printer and copier setup, configuration and troubleshooting, MDM and iPhone/Android phone services. A basic understanding of Internet protocols and data connectivity methods, PDFs and digital imaging (scanning, Photoshop or equivalent) is preferred. Telephone and voice mail training as well as wireless networking and video conferencing system knowledge a plus.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this position with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT peers, vendors and managers. Individual will work as part of the Information Technology Team providing 24x7 support as needed. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
