Description
We are currently looking for a Training and Customer Service IT Specialist that excels in providing internal and external customer service. Develops, organizes and manages Higher Logic, an online community, Internal collaboration efforts that include Office 365, and assists in customizing the membership database. Serves as a backup to the Director of Technology concerning minor technology issues.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for monitoring and managing the internal collaboration tools and the online community software, Higher Logic, which includes but is not limited to creating badges, generating automation rules and writing content.
? Serves as professional staff support for Higher Logic, RAMCO (Association Management System) and internal collaboration framework.
? Collaborates with internal departments for the coordination and creation of database functions such as, workflows, advanced finds and marketing lists.
? Helps identify potential improvements to and uses for the Association Management System and the internal collaboration framework.
? Troubleshoots issues and errors generated concerning Association Management System by collaborating with vendors.
? Creates and manages an Office 365 and Association Management System training curriculum for both current and new staff members.
? Leads technology demonstrations and trainings for both internal staff and members.
? Participates in and assists with the organization and administration of the Association Management System Power Users Group.
? Corresponds and resolves internal technical issues utilizing online ticket support system.
? Develops projects and programs as directed by the Director of Technology.
? Works closely with and supports the communications department to help build nurture/drip campaigns though ClickDimensions and assists in monitoring the e-mail campaigns? results by building dashboards and reports.
? Assists the Director of Technology with updating and troubleshooting technology equipment such as, Wi-Fi, phones, printers, computer access, and other small computer issues.
? Performs other database duties as assigned.

Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Communications/Business/Information Technology/ Computer Science from an accredited four-year college or university and/or management level trade association.
? Solid experience with web-based collaboration tools and methods
? Must proactively research and adapt new knowledge and skills
? Have experience with CMS/AMS administration or related systems and software
? Be an effective written and oral communicator
? Strong Individual and group training experience
