- Engage in growing and changing office policies and procedure for improved workflow

- Review and make improvements to office production

- Be in charge of over overall office administration

- Manage communication systems, office equipment, utility services, office reception, mail and distribution services, word processing, and copy services

- Support Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
Requirements
- Need past experience in a supervisory role

- Earlier work involving switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

- General familiarity with Order-filling

- Good understanding of Inbound Telephone Calls

- Wide ranging experience with Office Functions

- Proven knowledge of Outgoing Mail

- Deep understanding of Paper Filing

- Practical knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

- Foundational knowledge in Paper Files

- Administrative Office experience

- Quality experience with Operate Office Equipment

- Well-founded grasp of Organizing Files

- Paper Documents experience highly desired

- Administrative Tasks experience

- Job related experience
