Our client has revenues of approximately $1 Billion and they are looking to hire the right Tax Manager to join this leading company. If you are hired for this Tax Manager role, you will be responsible for the following: Oversee all accounting and reporting for income taxes; Lead the consolidated and stand-alone entities for structuring and accounting for income taxes; Be responsible for the coordination of federal and state income tax accounting processes including income tax calculations, and multi-state income tax apportionment and calculating, and analyzing deferred assets and liabilities; Support and collaborate with external reporting function to ensure accurate reporting of income taxes for the SEC; Research and advise leadership for state income tax statutes and regulations; Assist with income tax planning and forecasting; Special Projects; Help with income tax compliance.

Requirements
Are you looking for a growth company? Do you possess a minimum of 5 or more year's of tax accounting experience and looking for the next step in your career? For consideration you will need the following job requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, CPA license, minimum of 5 or more years of progressive experience in a tax department with direct working experience in the areas of ASC tax accounting. Our client is looking for someone with highly developed communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work within a team, for executive leaders, and also independently to manage projects when necessary.
