Description
Our client has a history of consecutive, double-digit, sales growth and they are looking to expand their team and hire a Senior Manger of Costing and Business Intelligence. If you are hired for this Senior Manager of Costing and Business Intelligence role, you will report to their VP of Finance and be responsible for: Managing the roll-out of business intelligence reporting plan, including the design of dashboards, process automation, and working with their IT team with the development of data cubes; Oversee the manager of costing and lead the overall costing activities, reporting, cost standards for the overall business; Work with IT to lead the integration of BI platforms with there ERP systems and applications; Support the design and creating of User Interface visualization and narrative; Lead presentations and serve as the super user for training purposes and lunch and learns; Lead the financial reporting and interface with BI tools; Work with senior leadership and operations to ensure user requirements are met with their BI Tool; Assist with the design of relationship databases and data warehouses; Lead Real Time cost reporting; Other duties as assigned by leadership.\

Requirements

For consideration candidates will need to have 7 or more years of experience with the following: standard cost accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, variance explanations, reporting to senior & executive leadership, developed cost allocations, be comfortable working with operations, and be very good with financial systems. Our client is requiring candidates have their bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance with a preference for those candidates who have an MBA.
