OfficeTeam has a premier company looking to full-time a highly-skilled and productive Front Desk Coordinator to provide support with various administrative duties. The Front Desk Coordinator is a long term temporary opportunity and is located in the Oakland, California area.

What you get to do every single day

- File, copy and faxing for multiple departments
- Data entry
- Maintain office facility
- Direct calls appropriately
-Receptionist duties
- Assisting other members on the team with duties
- Helping with back desk associate with opening mail or retrieving documents
- Helping with scanning associate with titling and/or scanning some items (mail, statements, etc)
- Forwarding mail to clients through Salesforce
- Scanning the mail into our records systems
- and more!
- Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
- Finish tasks independently
- Ability to manage, lead change and build process improvements
- An success driven teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail
