Description
Do you enjoy client development? Do people describe you as a problem solver? If so, then we may have the job for you! OfficeTeam is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist with a marketing background!

Responsibilities:
? Sales, Customer Service, Customer Retention, Marketing, CRM management
? Strategic engagement with clients to provide marketing recommendations. A mix of traditional and digital marketing experience for mostly B2B companies.
? Management of marketing and communications plans with other key team members.
? Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks
? Leverage sales and industry best practices to identify and qualify leads.
? Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently populate sales prospect pipeline
? Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity
? Perform calls from leads provided by staff to secure new business
? Research / Locate industry professionals to contact
? Work across departments to keep all stakeholders informed of sales and marketing activities, concerns, and accomplishments
? Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of the out of the box functions of the CRM tool (e.g., Hub Spot)
? Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM tool
? Monitor CRM application to ensure system user compliance, add, delete users, assign, monitor and maintain user authorities
? Use online digital marketing products (e.g., Mail Chimp) to design and send mailings to current or prospective clients
? Identify new domestic and international print, digital, conference and other advertising opportunities
? Assist COO with vendors (for advertising, web hosting, IT services, telecom services), SWOT analyses and company positioning/value propositions
? Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
? Performs other duties as assigned (currently include answering phone, updating binders)
? Understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
? 2 years Administrative and marketing experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
? Proven ability to think innovatively and creatively
? Self-motivated, organized, accountable and able to perform independently, as well as with a team.
? Expected to take initiative and work well in a high energy, team environment with multiple clients, projects and deadlines going on at the same time
? Must demonstrate understanding of marketing principles, strategic plan development and have proposal/plan writing skills
? Strong analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal and project leadership skills.
? Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, emails, social, search, websites, mobile, etc.
? Experience with Hub Spot (or similar CRM) and Mail Chimp (or similar online marketing platform)
? A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
? Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
? Open to travel as needed
