Responsibilities and Activities:
-Enforce the principles that guide technology decisions for the business and customer.
-Facilitates architecture development, standards and tools; works to clear paths for productive architecture initiatives.
-Creates the design and implementation of an architecture based on client requirements and IT strategies, as well as to rectify gaps and pain points within the current state.
-Advocate and augment the principles of information technology strategies.
-Analyze the current technology environments to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
-Consult on identity projects to fit systems into the technical architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate project needs.
-Acts as critical technical resource across multiple disciplines.
-Oversee or assist with technical architecture implementation and modification.
-Work closely with the program management office (PMO) to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered.
-Analyze customer business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements.
-Provides standard expertise regarding the integration of applications within the IAM ecosystem.
-Facilitate the mapping and auditability of information assets as they flow from upstream legacy, package, or custom development and interfaces to downstream analytical applications, thus ensuring optimal transparency, quality, consistency and controlled redundancy across the enterprise.
-Excellent with documentation/process design
-Highly collaborative with strong client facing skills!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Experience troubleshooting, installing and managing Java based applications/web applications running on Linux/Unix or Windows
- Working knowledge of SAML
- Ability to troubleshoot IAM configuration /server level issues on AWS cloud.
- Experience in standard operating procedures to perform pre and post production support activities
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle process
- Experience with ForgeRock Access Manager Version 13.5 or greater
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Manager
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Gateway
- Experience with ForgeRock Directory Service
- Experience with OIM/OAM Product Suite would be a plus
