Description
OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be leading the efforts of supporting the office by taking on various office and administrative tasks as an Administrative Assistant. Do your talents include mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term temporary opportunity and is located in the Norcross, Georgia area.

What you get to do every day

? Validating current contracts from database (start date, end date, signature, etc.)
? Updating system based on contracts found
? Locate contracts in files if required
? Validate assigned data elements in the system and revise according to instructions (CATE prep)
? Creation of process workflows (Visio)
? Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Microsoft Access experience

- Background working with Contract Compliance

- Earlier work involving contracts

- Comprehension of Medical Device

- Customer service experience highly valued

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

- Contract administration experience highly preferred

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

- Prior experience with Microsoft Visio

- Experience with Microsoft Office Word

- Hands-on experience with navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Microsoft Visio experience preferred

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

- Experience with working as an assistant

- Create Workflows experience desired

- Good understanding of data entry

- Microsoft Office experience preferred

- General familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint

- AS400 experience desired

- Adeptness in Microsoft Outlook

- Previous experience working with Customer Contracts

- Skills in internet research

- Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
