We are greatly excited to be able to present an opportunity as a Sourcing Specialist for a Non-Profit reaching Coast to Coast. We are seeking driven individuals who have experience working in Recruiting. The Sourcing Specialist is temporary to permanent, full time work.
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for handling all new hire processes: new employee paperwork, health benefits and 401K enrollment. A large part of this position will be recruiting for administrative personnel, customer service, and office support staff. The Sourcing Specialist must have at least 2 years of prior experience (this can include administrative experience but must include some recruitment). The perfect person will strive to do their job above expectations, they will communicate well with others, follow instructions and not be afraid to ask questions. Technical qualifications include intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to use Skype/Lync/FaceTime and the aptitude to learn new platforms.

Major responsibilities

- Executing interviews

- Using digital recruiting resources

- Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

- Directing various administrative duties

- Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Producing internal recommendations
-REQUIRED experience as a Recruiter for more than 2 years.

- Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- This role needs to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

- Administrative Office experience

- Deep understanding of back office support

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience highly desired

- Proven knowledge of Microsoft
