The Office Coordinator supports the Regional Client Management Director with day to day tasks and administrative duties. These include but are not limited to expenses, calendar management, answering phones and assisting with presentations and research projects. This role is offering $18 per hour and will be starting as soon as next week!

Specific duties responsibilities will include but are not limited to
? Provide administrative support (phones, calendar, booking travel, processing expenses) for select employees
? Pro-actively support up to members of office staff and occasional visiting colleagues
? Ensure proper lines of communication between regional client management, specialist and operational staff members
? Serve as first line of response for internal enquires and client related matters
? Assist with client correspondences
? Assist with client shipping on a case by case basis
? Coordinate specialist and executive visits to the region
? Support event check-in and coverage
? Maintain departmental organizational information and files
? Assist with PowerPoint presentation and compiling reports on a case by case basis
? Assist with event organization on occasion, including client invite emails and phone call reminders
? Other duties as assigned by Manager


We are looking for a strong office assistant who has a can do attitude! This person will be fully supporting the head of the region so we need someone who is EXTREMELY organized and able to multitask, and remain calm under pressure. The office hours for this assignment are hard to narrate as they will be assisting with many events which will be into the evenings but they will be compensated with overtime for any hours that dictate.
Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in business management preferred; or equivalent work experience
? Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
? Possess strong business acumen and financial literacy
? Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook required. Ability to learn Christie?s systems including COS, JDE, intranet and website
? Ability to compile and analyze data
? Ability to draft reports, presentations and business correspondence
? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and clients
? Superior client service skills
? Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication
? Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
? Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
