Description
Growing company in the New Providence area is actively seeking a document control, administrative assistant specialist. This diverse document control role will be responsible for assisting a very busy department with project support. Day to day will include providing document control in support of ongoing detailed projects as well as providing general office administration support.
Requirements
Must have prior document control experience.
Prior clerical/administrative support skills are needed for general office duties.
Must have a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Notary is a plus or the ability to become one (company will pay for this)
