Director of Mergers Acquisitions opportunity! Our Valued Client, a fast growing Boutique Advisory Firm is seeking a Director of M A to join its successful practice. The Director of M A would be a member of the Senior Leadership team with a defined career path to Partner. This exciting role would lead, manage and develop a team of Managers and Analysts and take part in decision making at the highest levels of the organization and affecting change company-wide. This is a heavy client facing role that would include leading client engagements consisting of due diligence, business review, risk assessment, quality of earning assessment, heavy financial statement analysis and underwriting to drive transaction preparedness.

Minimum requirements for this role include 10+ years of progressing experience including time spent in public accounting and direct experience with mergers acquisitions, due diligence and quality of earnings work. CPA designation is also required.
