Description
A company that is focused on all aspects of field operations is seeking a Clerical Support Admin who will be assisting the organization's office staff and will be proactive in working with management to support local operations and providing productive support to the team with performing key administrative duties. The candidate will be working to ensure the company runs smoothly and all tasks are completed on time.
Answer and screen incoming phone calls
Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary
Provide excellent customer experience
Handle administrative and clerical duties
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Enter and track client/vendor information in the computer system
Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file
Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
Scan, file, and organize various documents
Other clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements
At least 1-2 years' in Front Desk and/or other Clerical experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
