Establish and maintain close on-going relationships with the software development department and establishing trust and an open channel of communication
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of assigned client departments, including short and long term business objectives, emerging business opportunities and obstacles
Provide in-depth recruitment consultation and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct aggressive direct sourcing activities to identify, engage, and secure high producing talent, building a robust network of top talent
Effectively screen candidates against workforce plans and positions requirements
Create, negotiate and extend offers
A strong customer focus with the ability to quickly build value-based relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates, and effectively collaborate with team members
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes (creative/strategic candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate assessment and interview, etc)
Fearless cold calling skills and advance networking capabilities, including social networking technologies and techniques
Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations, professional standards and practices related to EEO, legalities and ethics of recruitment
Demonstrated diagnostic and consultative skills
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated critical thinking, flexibility, agility, organizational awareness, personal accountability and initiative, and negotiation skills
Experience using data and metrics to demonstrate success
