Description
We have an opportunity for a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to start ASAP for a 4-5 month engagement to cover a leave of absence. This position is responsible for performing daily Human Resources tasks across various functional areas, including hiring and onboarding new employees, advising employees on issues as needed and contributing to a positive, productive work environment with support from the Human Resources team.

What you?ll do:
? Assist with recruiting tasks such as phone screening, interview scheduling, dispositioning candidates in applicant tracking system, and posting positions
? Assist with talent management tasks as assigned
? Aid in communication with all parties in the recruiting/staffing process including candidates (selected or not), HR, hiring managers, and business partners
? Collect, complete, and process new employee and freelancer paperwork
? Conduct background checks and e-verify new hires
? Create and maintain various HR files and charts to accurately reflect new hires, employee benefits, client audits, etc.
? Conduct regular payroll journal audits
? Draft offer letters and other candidate and employee communications
? Assist in the employee exit process by completing exit checklists
? Maintain accurate employment files and records, processing daily employee forms such as hires, transfers, status changes, terminations, etc. with guidance from HR Team
? Work closely with a collaborative HR team and assist with special projects, including event planning and facilities management, as assigned

Requirements
What you?ll bring:
? Bachelor?s degree in a related field
? 1-2+ years Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment, or relevant experience in the marketing services industry
? Detail oriented, great organization, written and verbal communication and follow-up skills
? Basic knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices
? Holds to high work standards, is dependable and reliable
? Outstanding relationship management skills
? Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teammates, yet also independently with autonomy and good judgment, and handle highly confidential information with maturity and discretion
? Demonstrated examples of flexibility and a friendly, winning attitude
