Description
Ideal candidate will performs a variety of technical work that includes monitor, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate incidents affecting the full or partial availability of enterprise wide software applications, features and components developed and maintained by our organization, impacting our users and partners.
Requirements
? Identifies, troubleshoots, resolves, and documents complex issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
? Responds to client support request tickets, calls and emails, assign ticket severity, update service work notes, and prioritize work to resolve complex support client issues
? Perform root cause analysis for each issue, escalating as necessary.
? Troubleshoot and research problems through reading Knowledge Base Articles, reading Technical Manuals, conferring with other Support Representatives, Team Leaders or Supervisors
? Follow-up in a timely manner with status updates to clients
? Collaborates and work with other IT staff and vendor support resources to resolve requests
? Writes technical procedures and documentation for the applications including standard operating procedures, user guides and any technical documentation required.
? Assists in communicating with user community about known problems and workarounds.
? Coordinates with internal clients in order to continually improve Information Technologies, System applications and automated processes.
o Key Competencies Requirements
? Minimum Education: Associates or Bachelor?s degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
? Minimum Job Experience: 3 - 5 years of Technical Support experience.
? Ability to listen to and understand client issues and respond appropriately
? Ability to analyze information and use logic to address client issues and problems
? Ability to communicate, write clearly and document problems/issues to co-workers and clients
? Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence
? Passion for total customer satisfaction and the enjoyment of working with end users
? Experience with MS SQL Server, MS Excel, and ANSI SQL
