Description
The Integrated Connections Planner will be responsible for strategy, planning and managing the successful execution of integrated media plans on travel hospitality client going to market on domestic and international markets. This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day online media planning, campaign management and analysis, while integrating offline media efforts, in order to present clients with a holistic view of all paid media efforts.

As an Integrated Connections Planner, he/she will be expected to make recommendations based on campaign data/insights, market trends and business challenges. He/She will also be expected to establish a highly collaborative relationship with client partners, media operations team, campaign management and analytics counterparts, in order to constantly analyze, optimize and report campaign performance.

The Integrated Connections Planner will also serve as liaison between client partners and internal teams. These responsibilities must be directed toward maintaining exceptional client service and providing timely deliverables, i.e., Media Plans, Point-of-Views (POVs), and media analysis, while also maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, external partners and other partner agencies.

This position requires both a strategic and a tactical viewpoint, aided by intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving skills, analytical thinking, along with a strong understanding of online media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engagement / communications planning, understand why consumers behave in certain ways, and utilize that information to connect with them in the best and most efficient way using the innovative online media tactics.

This position will report directly to the Head of Partner Success and Managing Director.

Job Description:
? Lead integrated media strategies, while proactively communicating challenges, opportunities and results, both to clients and internal teams.
? Develop comprehensive online media strategies, recommendations and plans for assigned client / brands, that respond to client?s business challenges.
? Prepare online media plans, schedules, while adhering to budgets and goals.
? Ability to execute full implementations of online media efforts.
? Actively manage and monitor campaign performance while maintaining constant communication with the Managing Director, Head of Partner Success, Campaign Managers and other team members for ongoing KPI optimization, reporting and attribution to business results.
? Support on the development of insightful reports regarding campaign performance.
? Stay up to date in latest industry trends, new media opportunities and communicate these internally and to clients.
? Maintain an open line of communication with other departments and/or agencies, on how to maximize media impact through effective online media creative executions.
? Responsible for maintaining full control of budget and revenue management.
Requirements
detail oriented and Personal Skills:
? Passionate for online media, social media and technology.
? Deep understanding and curiosity of the online media landscape, online media platforms, research and planning tools.
? Hands-on experience in online advertising environment, having previously managed online media campaigns, including the following platforms:
? Google Marketing Suite, Facebook Business Manager and Programmatic Media Landscape
? Ad-operations experience with Third Party Ad Serving platforms is as plus.
? Any current certifications in any of these are also a plus and should be highlighted.
? Organized, poised and good personal management leadership skills.
? Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
? Excellent written, verbal (presentation) communication skills.
? Problem-solving, analytical skills, and resourcefulness.
? Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree
? Minimum 4 plus years of online media buying, planning or related experience
? Proficiency in MAC OS and Office suites, including Excel, Powerpoint Keynote
? Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform Products (Certifications are a Plus)
? Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager
? Understanding of the Programmatic Media Ecosystem
? Verbal and written dominance of English (Spanish a plus).
? Knowledge of, or experience using one or more of the following would be beneficial:
? Multi-channel attribution analysis
? Syndicated media data sources (Nielsen, comScore, etc)
? Data visualization platforms
