Description
Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Specialist ideally with call center/phone call background to work for one of our clients in the Brickell area. If you have prior experience working at a bank, insurance company or call center environment, please apply to this role.

This position is responsible for handling clients highest level of customer concerns to ensure they are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. Customer Service Specialist provide knowledge and expertise to all customers and business partners to effectively resolve any service-related concerns. The Customer Service Specialist must balance both the needs of the customer and the business while supporting service recovery initiatives through three focus areas: research, service (via phone, chat, email, text message), and operations.

? Research, analyze and resolve customer (internal and external) concerns in an accurate and timely manner by using appropriate tools and resources to assess situations and create resolutions that are appropriate
? Maintain constant ownership of workload by managing emails, social media, chat, and text messages for areas of responsibility to ensure response time goals are met
? Assists in the development, testing, and communication of operational policies and procedures by identifying service problems and assisting with root cause analysis
? Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with coworkers and partners
? Must maintain up-to-date skill set
? Maintain confidentiality
? Other duties as assigned

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
? At minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
? Customer focused with the ability to work effectively and professionally with both internal and external partners
? Ability to perform work activities requiring instructing, persuading or speaking with others
Situational analysis and risk mitigation skills
? Ability to maintain professionalism without disruption to the operation, employees, or customers
? Track record of exhibiting good judgment, common sense and problem-solving skills
? Ability to assess the customer and adjust communication style accordingly
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated
? Ability to work in high pressure environment
? Strong organization skills with attention to detail
? High School diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required
? Willingness to learn and receive new information
